Issue with link in editors

Hi, I need to set a link as rel="follow", but anytime I add a link to my text it appears as rel="nofollow".

I have this problem both if a use "Block HTML"in composer, both if use TinyEditor. Forcing the code in HTML it appears in this way: rel="follow nofollow" ...

How can I solve this issue?
I've help you disable this setting "Insert No-follow Attributes In Hyperlinks" from backend, can you try again?

If the issue still persists, can you point us which blog post having this issue so we can better have a check?
