Hmm, that's odd. You can maybe check one of my other posts to see if I accidentally posted the wrong password but it is the same one ive always given out for support.

I've tried to check your previous support post on our forums regarding with your FTP access but no one I can access it, It would be best if you can create another NEW FTP access so we can help you on this as soon as possible.

By the way, I noticed it only happen on your Elegant theme, If I switch to Wireframe theme it seems work fine.

May i know do you have customise Elegant theme in your site?

I have some changes made to the CSS files. I'm ok with you reinstalling easysocial and then I will fix the css issues again but from my override template instead of in the actual easysocial files.

I have attached ftp info again which I just tested.Please remember that it is an SFTP server

After re-install Easysocial in your site, it seems work fine now, can you give it a check now?

The problem has been resolved but it has created another issue with my dashboard dropdown menu in the header. A tech fixed this for me before but the fix isnt working for this part of the menu. You can see via the screenshot that the right side of the menu is missing. Should I start another ticket for this?

I applied some css in this file -> JoomlaFolder/templates/rt_corvus/css/rt_corvus-custom.css

div#fd.es .es-nav-dropdown.for-guide {

    width: 225px !important;
