I am now getting more errors since the update, if you try clicking that view post button, that is where the error will show when loading the page.

I have uploaded the file as requested. Does this fix the double post of items? When someone creates say an event it creates two stream items of the same!

Hm, not really sure how to replicate this but the fix above only fixes issues with the notification emails. How do I replicate the "duplicate" stream items? I tested this locally it doesn't duplicate the stream items.

If you post up a video link from Youtube or create a event you will see it posts two stream items!
