Issue with direct link to calendar canvas

Hello

I'm having hard time adding a menu item to the ES calendar app canvas view.
There is no ES menu item for such liks so I chose to add it as an External Link type menu Item.

Basicaly the link would be
index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=apps&id=8&layout=canvas
It works as non SEF, but as soon as the site has SEF url on the link doesn't work and sends to the dashboard. I also tryed adding the Itemid parameter to it. Same result.

Am I doing anything wrong or is it an issue with the router.php ?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

May i know your current issue is when you click calendar app it show to dashboard instead of the calendar app?

If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?

No, everything is fine in this case.
It's only when I create a menu item (externam link type) to
index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=apps&id=8&layout=canvas

Hey Adrien,

I've tried to create a internal link menu from my locally, then when I click on the calendar app, it seems work fine, it did go to the calendar page, you can refer on my video link here and following attached screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/KG3cwzHwX
