I'm sure this is a simple fix but I'm not finding it. When I go to our forum, everything works as expected. When I go to view a particular post, once the page loads, the scroll bar disappears and the page "locks". I am unable to scroll down further on the post or view anything beyond what originally loads within the pageview.

This is google chrome browser.
May i know which "particular post" you view? So that I can test it on this on my browser.

I'm seeing it on most, if not all pages. One thing I've determined is it appears to be only with Google Chrome as Firefox did not have this issue. The page will load then the scroll bar disappears. In addition to this, I am unable to scroll down using other functions.

Hi Taylor Pyles,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies.

Could you double check? I am still having the same issue. JCH is disabled, all caching is turned off. I've cleared the cache on the website as well as my browser. I'm still having the issue.

Hey there,

Something is really strange.

Once disabled JCH plugin, now always first time not working but when you refresh it, it will work fine.

You can check my video link here : http://screencast.com/t/68zSKl4o7q

By the way, after troubleshoot long hour ago, I still unable to find out which part conflict this then causing the scrollbar missing issue.

But I realised that your current template conflict with the Easydiscuss bbcode editor, this is what I test just now :
1. Switch to Joomla default template "Protostar" or "JSN Pixel PRO", that scrollbar will always appeared.
2. Switch to other editor example : Tiny-MCE editor + your current template (JSN Epic PRO), that scrollbar will always appeared.

May i know do you consider switch your editor to use WYSIWYG editor e.g. JCE, Tiny-MCE , or switch to another template e.g. JSN Pixel PRO?

Changing the entire site template wouldn't be an option...However, based on what you said, it appears that is the editor that seems to be causing the issue. You mentioned changing editors and I would be OK with that. I found the following page, however, my page appears to be different:
https://stackideas.com/docs/easydiscuss/administrators/how-tos/how-to-change-editor
EasyDiscuss > Settings > Layout > General (is not correct)

I'm seeing it under Composing. I only point this out so you can update your tutorials.

With all of that said, it was the editor that was causing the issue. Changing editors solved most of the issue. It's still occurring on the initial load but subsequent page loads, the page no longer does it. I will work to see if I can determine the issue.

Thanks for reported, actually this documentation is for Easydiscuss 3.x, we will update this for Easydiscuss 4 docs for how to change editor from backend.

I will said that is conflict with your current template.
Sure, keep us update if other issue still persists.
