Issue in backend after uodating to 4.0.19

Hi guys,
after updating to 4.0.19
I cannot open "settings" and other options in backend anymore, nothing hapens when I click those links and I see no errors on chrome console,
could you take a look?

Hi there,

It seems that it is not possible for me to access your backend using given access credentials currently for us further check on this issues. Please advice.
