I don't see an editor for our discussion forum. Where can I turn that on (if there is one)?

Without a basic editor, like the one used here, users can't create new paragraphs, inserts images or highlight text.

I previously posted this accidentally in EasyDiscuss.
Hai Anthony,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding for you issue it's you referring to group discussion in EasySocial, see my screenshot:-http://screencast.com/t/fX01Ssa8IgI

if yes for group discussion only have default editor not like EasyDiscuss.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like you asking why the editor didn't show out in Easydiscuss. What my colleague point that screenshot is from Easysocial.

By the way, can you check 2 place and see is it enabled editor in Easydiscuss?
#1. Backend > Easydiscuss > settings > layout > general > Default editor for questions
#2. If you using JCE-editor, you have to make sure you have give your Joomla user group have permission to use JCE-editor from backend > JCE-editor component > Profile > default > setup tab > check ``User Group`` section and see your `Registered user group` is it checked or not.

It looks like your Easydiscuss subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Thank you for understanding.

Hi Anthony,

I am sorry but the screenshot that you posted was from EasyDiscuss components, not EasySocial. If you want to change the editor for easysocial, unfortunately it is not possible currently.

My bad, you're correct, sorry for the confusion. Obviously these are very complex extensions, which offer a ton of features. It can get overwhelming sometimes.
