I want to add a radiobutton select feature for an item in the profile builder. I do not see this choice? Am I missing something, or is this selection not (yet?) available?

I'm sorry but this is not available yet. A similar one will be the dropdown field.
I am sorry for the delay of this reply. The radio button for the custom field do not exist currently. But, you can still use the dropdown field. However you can voice it out : EasySocial Voice
