Is there a EasyBlog Subscribe Module or Link I can use

On our front end Toolbar we have the subscribe function. See image attached.
However I would like to make the subscribe feature more visible. Is there an Easyblog module or Link I could insert into our website that would allow visitors to subscribe to all blogs or certain categories?

Sorry, I should have added that I know there is a module to subscribe to all news items. I want to allow people to select what they are interested in. ie certain categories.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

Unfortunately currently we do not have subscribe module for certain category at this point of time.

But from the all category page/single category page, the category header already available to user click `subscribe on this category` link, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.
