Upgrade to plan which has lower price produces some problems and errors related to invoice and payment

Now I can create many instances of upgrade definitions to limit which are allowed upgrades

Unfortunatelly that means that for 10 plans I have to create 9 upgrade definitions

Doable but its would be easier if there would be an option to allow only higher or equal price upgrade

Why equal ?
Because it could happen that you can set addons which are not mandatory and later on customer will have possibility to upgrade plan only by buying addons
Hey,

PayPlans don't support downgrade. In case if you are using upgrade functionality then you need to create upgrade instance where upgrade allowed from lower plan to higher one. Your configuration should be for upgrade from lower to higher plan.

Let me know if you have any query.

SO its means that when I have 9 plans I have to create 8 instances with upgrades definitions ?

Correct me if I am wrong

To explain in detail
Lest call plans as numbers from 1 to 9
price of 9 i highest and for 1 - lowest

So
Upgrade def 1
Apply on Selected Plans -1
Allowed Upgrades - 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

Upgrade def 2
Apply on Selected Plans -2
Allowed Upgrades - 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
....

Upgrade def 8
Apply on Selected Plans -8
Allowed Upgrades - 9

Am I right ?

Hey,

Yes, you are right.
You need to setup the upgrade rule as lower plan can upgrade to higher plan only.

Let me know if you have any query.
