Hi,

is it possible to have a layout like this in listings?

I basically want to show cover photo, an audio file and some text in the way I have in my attached image. Is this possible? At the moment I am using the Origami theme. Maybe another theme has this feature?

I have been playing around with the blocks but cannot get it to display these details. Is there a way of achieving this?

Hey Mel,

You will need to actually customize the theme file to help you achieve such layout. This is the flexibility of EasyBlog when you use post covers in EasyBlog

Hi Mark,

I use the post covers - that is the image being displayed in the example. When you say customise the theme, do you mean the post template? I have tried this, but it doesn't make a difference to the listing layout.

Sorry what I really meant is the template files for EasyBlog and not the post templates.

Hi Mark,

I am getting closer. I found under truncate that I could set show audio on frontpage, so thats great. The only thing now is it spans across the full width (underneath the image in the example I posted). Are you able to tell me where in the template I would need to edit to get the audio file to sit next to the image as in my example?

The file responsible to output items on the front page is located in /components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/latest/default.main.php
