Is it possible to change the Task item field type? Plus add privacy settings to File folders

Hi,

is it at all possible to change the Task field type (where you add the task item) to a Picklist/ Select field type so that I can populate with preset values?

Also, is there any way currently, when a Group member uploads Files to the Groups area, that I can add folder access privileges? And also add some pre-built folders?

I am really sorry but it's not possible currently As for the folder privileges, it's also not possible currently.
