It is possible to subscribe when registers if you use joomla registration form. As you can see in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/neXhvnOQp.

Unfortunately, I am currently not really sure if that is possible to inject `Subscribe to blog (optional)` option into community builder registration form. (To be honestly, I am not sure your current registration form is it under RS form or community builder.)

By the way, is it possible consult with the regisration form developer is there a quickly way to inject our `Subscribe to blog (optional)` option into your current registration form?
