I was wondering if it was possible to add Feelings to the default options their are at the moment?

Unfortunately right now it's not possible to add more moods currently.

Even custom? i've got a developer and can customize as need be, it was more wondering what files where responsible for it

Hm, if you want to customize it, you can look in this file, /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/story/moods/feeling.mood
