Is it not possible to use html in posts?

I have just purchsed Easydiscuss and are now testing if it suits my needs.

I have chosen my JCE editor for posts in the layout settings. I need to put in html as administrator to build op the knowledgebase. But when I enter text with html it is all converted to raw text when I save. So here is my question: Is it not possible to have formatted text as html (e.g. copied from joomla content articles) in a post?

Hello Morten,

If you are trying to insert html codes, you need to do it by toggling the editor. You can't just paste the html codes in the WYSIWYG editor.

Thanks Mark. But thats excactly what I did. But when I save the text is output as raw text.

Hm, this is odd. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Okay, I did some more testing. I seams that it is only from backend, that it causes trouble with the raw text. If I toggle the editor from frontend (logged in as super admin) it actually works. So I'll just do it this way around. Thanks
