Is is possible that there are 20 copies of the same script in one block?

There is something else that I am running into that seems very strange to me and I wonder if it could be related. There is about 20 copies of a script displaying in the developer tools on chrome which is that there appears to be a script running 20 times for each of the link blocks?

I've checked on your screenshot, i believe those <script data-pagespeed-no-defer> is generate from your server mod_pagespeed, because we didn't render these script on the each link block, it would be best if you can consult with your web hosting provider regarding this.
