Я скоро запущу сайт на котором можно будет обсудить все детали перевода, исправлено очень много всего, чтобы все корректно заработало нужно заного установить язык... Удалить админ перевод, и загрузить заного...

from the stats at transifex it seems as easysocial was already translated to russian.
you can always find the latest progress here: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/easysocial/
Looking at the state on Transifex, it did state that it's 100% but I don't use / understand Russian, so I cannot confirm that the 100% is truly 100% as in problem free translation files.
