Hi,

for some reason with EasySocial Native App 3.1 I can not start edit profile details. Its not reacting on click (I tried white and black mode). So I can go to Edit Profile and see all options, but when I click on Edit personal Details, nothing happens.
It works correctly on iPhone 8, OS 13.6.1. (I use same testflight - same app versions on both iPhones I tested. )

Pavol
It seems it was only for my special admin account. So therefore Im closing. Maybe just interesting for you to know.

Hi,

special admin account meaning I logged in as superadmin. My superadmin account is not in default user profile as all other users so therefore I guess was there this special issue.

Best,
Pavol

Hi Pavol,

Can I have the credential access of your super admin account so we can try to replicate the issue from our end? I just tried to use the provided access and it seems like the edit profile is working correctly as it should.

Hi Pavol,

Hm, weird. It was fine a few minutes ago when I was testing the issue directly on your site. Is there any exact error from the server that can help to pinpoint the issue here?

Hi Ezrul,

it was error 502 bad gateway. I contacted siteground hosting with issue and they told its not their issue. However afterwards I did nothing on site and it works again. So I guess it really was their issue .

Regarding original issue - it was profile type "Administrator LáskaTu". Profile type "Clenovia LaskaTu" works. Your stackideas user is superadmin and is Profile Type "Clenovia LaskaTu". So if you create new user with this profile type "Administrator LáskaTu", then you can test it.

For me not issue whatsoever, but if you want to test, you can try.

Hi Pavol,

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, I am still not able to replicate the issue here after I create a new user under "Administrator LáskaTu" profile type . However, we will keep an eye on this issue and see if it's possible for us to prevent a similar issue from happening again in the future.

Thank you again for your corporation.
