May i know that users share same connections or not? And can you provide us with your backend and FTP access so that we can further check this issues.

I am not sure how to replicate them as my IP are different currently as you can see here http://take.ms/ZRPt2. May i know that those users sharing same connections or not? May i know where exactly those users posting from?
