The invite only ACL for clusters (Group), it should not be seen or searched by anyone unless they are a member, correct?

Well, in my case I have a friend who created (owner) of an Invite Only Group and when I look at this friend's profile and go to his Groups, I can see that Invite Only group. Is that right? And I am not a member of that group.
