ES invitation mails marked as spam in gmail. All of our mails delivered in Inbox except Invitations.
what's the problem?
Hi iman zaker,

Sorry for late reply to this,

Yes, is me again

As I already mentioned in your ticket, this issues is not related the Easysocial issues and this actually controlled by the email provider like Gmail.

By the way, I have do some research regarding this who facing this issues before, it seems like a lot of user also facing this and complain in Google.

Perhaps you can take a look of my reference link below and see is it help or not.

One of the article say that :

At first I thought that it is only used to move wrongly identified legitimate emails to the inbox, but I was wrong. When you mark an email as “Not Spam”, you’re actually training the Gmail spam filter. The more spam you mark, the better the Gmail spam system will get at weeding out those annoying messages. If you’ve accidentally marked a good message as spam, remember to set the email as “Not Spam” so that it future similar emails won’t go to your spam folder.

Hello Iman,

You could just update the text if you want because I have a feeling that gmail somehow detects on "specific words" that are used in the email message. Since all EasySocial customer uses almost identical email contents, perhaps google is marking it as spam. We can't control this, unfortunately.

Hello Iman,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Invitation mails are different of another . for example "From field" is email address of loged in user not server mail.

Gmail will see for the specific keyword such as the email title, header and so on and if the condition is met based on your gmail setting, gmail will marked it as spam. Perhaps you can try to check your gmail filter setting and if there are some filter available, you can remove the filter that is related with the easysocial or your site, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-18_1750.png .

By the way may I know if the user that registered on your site also hitting the same issue that you are facing currently?
