I believe you are not getting the invitation emails to your email because you have not set cronjobs on your server yet. I see a lot of pending emails https://take.ms/LDZVE in your site. So, if you set cronjob it will be useful to automate repetitive task such as sending emails notification.

This is the command you have to setup in your Cronjob :

Also, set the interval to 5 minutes. I have set 100 emails to be processed at a time in your site backend https://take.ms/Sltj0
