Hi,

I have just set up Komento on my site and I have one problem with the comments of the guests. When I want to put a message it puts me "Invalid Token" but accepts all the same the comment...

I don't understand. I have nevertheless Joomla who is up to date and Komento also.

A solution my friends?
It's most likely caused by your cache but to really diagnose this, we need to check your site. Unfortunately you do not own a subscription and our support policy clearly states that support will be provided to users with an active subscription only.

OK but how you explain that that worked before the passage in J! 3.6?

Hey Vincent,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

Currently we can't tell you what is the reason you hitting this `invalid token` in your latest Joomla version yet.

Perhaps you can temporary disable all of your cache system (Joomla cache, cache plugin, and etc) and see how it goes?
