Invalid token. What is it? How to translate

Hello. I'm interested to translate this text because often see second one.
COM_ES_INVALID_TOKEN="Invalid token. Please try again"
COM_ES_INVALID_TOKEN_REFRESH="The page has been reloaded due to invalid token. Please try again."
I'm trying to find some simple words for regular users...

But I don't understand by myself what it exactly (after reading few articles in russia).

May be you can explain a little bit easy? I also will try to ask about it on Russian language forum may be.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

Most of the time who getting this message is because user open multiple browser new tab for different Easysocial page for example :

Browser tab A - Open conversation page
Browser tab B - Open any other webpage

After that user click the logout from the browser tab B but he re-login back on the same browser tab and then he feel like want to send a conversation to his friend while he noticed another tab which is browser tab B already open it, so it doesn't refresh the page and straight away click the submit button, so it will show this message because the form token is not valid after user logout and login again.
