Hello Dezmond,

You are currently still on version 3.8.14670, upgrading your component might fix the issue, but be sure to save the hacks you have done before upgrading as it will get erased. You could download the latest version in your dashboard. Link --> http://stackideas.com/dashboard

Thanks:)

Hello Dezmond,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Yes, backup all the file is more safely, because we also can't remember what we did customization for you before.
if you're done with your backup, so you can download the latest version of Easyblog and upload/install from your backend > Extension Manager.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Hello Dezmond,

Sorry for the late reply, I had tried uploading the picture and It works as you can see in my screenshot --> http://screencast.com/t/U19uEr8O1Em
Could you send us the picture that you are unable to upload? Maybe the pictures are too big for the upload.

Thanks:)

The weird part is everytime this happens, if i clear my internet cache everything goes back to working normal and client is able to uplaod with no error. Is there a setting or anything that can be done to prevent having to clear internet temp files. I currently have client just uploading via ftp which i kind of want to stay away from when the media manager is so easy to use when no errors occur

thnx

Hello Dezmond,

I don't really know what might be the caused of the error as we can't replicate it. You had mention that cleaning the cache will resolve the issue, try closing your cache in the global configuration in
Backend > system > global configuration > system tab.

Thanks:)

Hello Dezmond,

Please send us the picture you are trying to upload and do not clear your cache and inform us if it occurs again so that we are able to see the error and fix it.

Thanks:)
