When retrieve RSS from another web with Easy blog we receive this error, we create a account for the staff in order you can see it.

The problem is when the joomla base "mod-feed" retrieve the feeds from the web with Easyblog installed the page doesn´t load and shows that error:

Error displaying the error page: Invalid JDocument Class: Unable to load renderer class

We know this error is caused by EasyBlog because we test the "mod-feed" with another webs feeds and all works fine.

We are check all plugins to find any bug, but any help would be great.

Any idea ? Thanks.
Hello Zeosing,

To be honest I did not change anything from your site. Perhaps there is some cache issue? Anyway glad that your issue has been resolved now. If the problem somehow appear again in the future, feel free to post a new thread regarding on the issue.

Hi Zeosing,

Sorry for late reply to this,

I'm still a little bit confusing here, do you mean that if you are using the Easyblog feed URL from other site and when the Joomla mod_feed module retrieve the data, it will show the error right?

If yes, can you guide us which page can reproduce this error ?

Also I still can't login success in your Joomla backend, please advise.

That´s it, the error is global, since you are log in, (front-end) because the module only show to admins, (a little trick in order to not affect the other user in the page) .

In order to reproduce the error you have to login in the front-end with the data provided, the the error appears after login, like i said it´s a global error.

Here in this post I gave you a url to a dropbox file that contains the data, hope this help.

I need the path to the file that renders the feed view, we know this is the file that causes the error, that file contains:

<div id="feedBody"> ....</div>

Thanks.

We are very confusing about this error , we are sure at 100% that it causes by Easyblog ( the version that uses the site that provide the news to tge mod_feed) because with other (no matter wich) rss feed the module don´t cause any trouble.

We check the view.feed.php file but all seem correct.

Any idea ? Thanks for all the time.

Hi Zeosing,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

The reason why you hitting this error is because somehow the real error message trying to show up in your page but missing the JDocument Class so it show this error "Error displaying the error page: Invalid JDocument Class: Unable to load renderer class", in other word, the real error still hidden from the back.

Yes, after user logged in then hitting the error, can you guide me step by step how this work? So that I can try replicate on locally?
Example :
#1. which Easyblog RSS feed URL you add in Joomla mod_feed module
#2. which module you display on your page (because I not sure which mod_feed module name)

Hello Zeosing,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems the error is not appearing anymore as the feed module is displaying properly from my end. Check my screenshot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-09_1212.png . May I know if the error is still appearing from your end? Please advise.
