I just noticed the Intro text appears in the intro but no longer appears in the main entry of any of my blog posts, not sure when it happened but probably at some point during updates in April May. See Recent Blog Posts

The intro is truncated to only show the first paragraph, is there some new setting i should use?

Also how do I remove the EasyBlog name and highlighted area in Blog email notifications (see image).
Hello Richard,

It seems like for some reasons, your site was previously configured to hide the intro text on the entry view. This settings was available prior to EasyBlog 5.1 but since 5.1, we have already removed this settings as there was another view settings that is used.

I have applied a temporary fix for you and also logged this down into our issue tracker. Can you give this a try again now?

Thank you Mark, the intro text appears in the main blog now.

I am not sure, but I may have raised a ticket last year to allow truncation of the first paragraph in composer as an intro instead of using characters and received a code override on how to do it (I have a default.php override in the templates/uber/html/blog/entry but cannot remember what it is for without going back through my old notes) - perhaps this is the reason for truncation being off?

If so I probably need to remove the override file as it will not be relevant to the new view setting.

Don't worry Richard, it has nothing to do with the overrides but I have already logged this issue into our issue tracker and it will be taken care of in the next release

Hi there,

You can do template override on it by going to Backend>Components>EasyBlog>Mail Activities>Email Template and edit template.php files as you can see here http://take.ms/vUppZ.

One you edit and save it, it will automatically create override for you. Please give it a try and see how it goes

Thank you Abdul, i looked at it again but it actually looks better with the shading so i decided just to change the EB image to a custom image in the admin area and everything is fine now.
