I am able to reproduce this issue on Vanilla template under Internet Explorer. I will log this issue in our internal tracker.

I have reset vanilla from version 1.6 to 1.4. In version 1.4, the uploaded video in IExplorer 11 will be displayed correctly again.
Another problem in version 1.6 is solved in version 1.4: In version 1.6 in the mobile version an error message appears in the menu view and the main menu is not displayed correctly.
My conclusion. Version 1.6 is faulty.

I generated the error message in the mobile menu in the Stackideas demo application Vanilla. see screenshot.

The reason why it showing this warning is because you have assign this module 'Vanilla sidebar module' to display in this module position 'sidebar'.

May i know do you want to show your site main menu into the sidebar?

If yes, you have to create another new menu module then assign to this 'sidebar-menu', so it will appear your main menu on the sidebar.
