Hey guys,

There seems to be some faulty cable from our ISP, connecting to most of the regions from the United States, North Asia and also Europe. There could be some delay on our responses because we have troubles accessing most websites

I had just troubleshoot a ticket and it took me over 3 hours just to render the site and this is beyond insanity. I hope most of you would bear with us while our ISP is working on restoration.
