Hello.

Possibly after installing Komento App on EasySocial the Komento system is throwing an error on each new comment.
Although the error appears, the comment is succesfully submitted.

Didn't have that issue before. I'm using latest version of komento as it was purchased a few days ago.

I'm guessing that it is easysocial integration issue, but although I disabled it the errors still appears.

Can you please chack it? It's really really urgent.
Hello Marios,

I can't seem to load the site Is there something wrong with the server currently?

I recall seeing this problem before (I spend too much time on this forum lol) and a file being shared to fix it, you could try downloading and replacing the file which was shared by support in the following thread while you wait for Mark ;-) Can't guarantee that it will work, but worth a shot.

Hello Marios,

I have checked on your site and it looks like the reason that you are hitting errors is most likely because the memory_limit in php.ini has reached it's limit. See the error message below,

<br />
<b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77 bytes) in <b>/home/gameover/public_html/libraries/joomla/table/user.php</b> on line <b>84</b><br />

You should try contacting your hosting provider to increase the memory limit on the server.

Ok, but that wasn't happening before and most important wasn't happening yesterday when I had only komento component installed.

Is there any way you can help me find the leak? I really don't know what to do.

Hello Marios,

I am sorry for the late reply.
What do you referring "help me find the leak"? Are you referring to the memory exhausted which Mark, my colleague mention above? I am really sorry but unfortunately we cannot helps you with this. You should contact your hosting provider to increase the memory limit on the server.

If I not understand this correctly, perhaps you can explain more so that we are able to assist you on this issue?

Please be advise.
Thanks.

But the memory limit is 128MB, it doesn't make any sense to be exhausted when it is just on simple "select * from #__users where id = XXX"

Something else is going wrong with the component, or the integration with easysocial. I don't know.

Hello Marios,

I am sorry but it seems like the system takes longer time to process the comment even without integrating with EasySocial. When the system takes longer time to process, it also takes more memory. So, in order to cope with the memory exhaustion, you need to increase it. Can you upgrade memory limit to 256MB and see how it goes.

Looking forward to hear back from you again. Hope this will help.
Thanks.
