I upgraded my Joomla version recently and with the upgrade went easysocial. All other extensions are working fine but every bit of easysocial is throwing an internal server error (modules, etc), nothing easysocial is working. I have the latest version of joomla and also the latest easysocial version.

Any ideas on what files might need to be replaced?

I have tried unistalling/deleting and re-installing but I get a blank screen when I click on the social app links.

Also, when I unistall it retains the com_easysocial file in cpanel admin folder, and when I delete it I get a main site error that easysocial is not installed. I have tried deleting all 'social' associated tables in phpmyadmin but I still get the main site error that easysocial is not installed.

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

The user access doesn't seem to have super admin privileges so I can't turn on the error reporting to see the error messages. Can you please set the user with super administrator privileges?

By the way, it seems like the supported domain for your license is set to http://saintjohnafh.com but you are requesting support on providers.center . Can I update the domain on the license to saintjohnafh.com ?

Please do understand that the Pro version entitles you to obtain support for 1 domain only.

I have set the user to super admin priviledges. I added saintjohnafh.com(primary domain) as support domain but easysocial is only installed in providers.center(add-on domain).

Hi there,

It seems like you are requesting support for other domain rather than registered domain for your license . Please understand that Pro versions only entitles you to support for 1 domain only.

Should you require support for additional domains, please consider upgrading your license to the Unlimited version or purchase an additional subscription for this site

I did register the domain for support as saintjohnafh.com because it is my primary domain but easysocial is installed in providers.center, an add-on domain hosted in saintjohnafh.com. Please change the support domain to providers.center to clear the misunderstanding. Sorry about that.

I have changed them accordingly. Thanks for your understanding. By the way, it seems that i cant even access easysocial on your front-end. There are something we need to check further on your site, and it would be best if can provide us with your FTP access. or maybe can i install one of those file manager components to further check on this issues.

Yes, easysocial is not accessible on both front end and back-end. Installation goes on okay but for some reason it hits an internal server error on trying to access it.

Yes, please install the file manager component.

Make sure to only touch/change files in providers.center folder. Thanks.

Can you ask your current web hosting service provider to show error message on your site as there are no error message shown on your site.

It seems that there are still no errors shown on your site Maybe it is required for them to restart your web hosting first in order for them to take place.

Hi there,

After hours checking on your site, it seems that this apps 'djcfitems' have caused this issues on site, as somehow this apps no longer compatible with Easysocial current version. I have temporarily renamed it and it should works as it should now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.
