I am having an issue with PayPlans and/or Stripe apparently. For some reason when people are checking out and they get to the last page of the registration process they are either...
1. Getting a timeout error when they put in their credit card number and hit submit
or
2. When they get to the final page with the plan they have selected and the button to pay they are not seeing the correct plan displayed.

These problems have been intermittent. Some people are having no problems checking out. While others are getting a timeout (1 above) or its not showing them the right plan they selected at initial checkout. (2 above).

Its very strange. I can't figure out why these intermittent problems are occurring. The weird thing is I can not reproduce the problems. My staff members are getting the issues but I am not.
Any advice you can give would be helpful.

I tried to register with a test user and didn't get any timeout error, it's working fine.

Can you ask your staff member who is facing this issue to record video or screen shots.
Also let me know which browser he is using and browser version also.
If possible then tell me the steps to reproduce this issue.
