Integration with ProfileURL

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate the ProfileURL extension with EasySocial. It says on the ProfileURL page that "The integration with EasySocial is 2-way, meaning if you have the 'permalink' field in EasySocial, changes to that field will be managed by and reflected in ProfileURL." However, changes to the permalink field don't seem to affect the vanity URL. Am I missing something?

Sorry but not really sure which app is this? Is this created by a 3rd party vendor?
