Hi,

I have installed the plugin HVSkomento so I can integrate Komento into the HD Video Sharing component. Their instructions on how to make it work are this ones:

1. To use this plugin, you should have pre-installed Komento and Contus HD Video Share extensions in your joomla website
2. Go to Components -> Contus HD Video Share -> Site settings -> And select "Commenting System" as "None" and save.
3. Go to Components -> Komento -> Integration -> Select HD Video Share -> select "Yes" for "Enable Comments" under "General" and click "save"
4. Go to Components -> Komento -> ACL -> Choose HD Video Share -> Select "Public" and click "Save" button.

The problem is that under Integrations and ACL I don't see the HD Video Share option, only the joomla articles and easyblog, so my question is:

Those this plugin only work on your payed version of komento, or it should work also on the free version? And if so, why is not showing?

I have send details so you can check on my site.

Thanks
Hi,

You will need to get the Komento Plugin from Contus HD Video Sharing. The plugin might be a separate file from their component.

Yes, I know. I have installed their plugin, and that's the problem. Nothing shows on integration to configure it. So that's why I ask if this only work on your payed version. If not what could be wrong?

Thanks

Hello,

Can you provide us your FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? And it will be easier for us if you can also provide us the plugin file. Please advise.

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. May I know where did you get the plugin? I've tried to access your admin site but I got this: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-11-17_1122.png . However, can you try with the attached plugin instead? Install it via Extension Manager and see how it goes. Please see the readme file for instruction.
