I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. For some reasons the table #__virtuemart_categories_en_gb is missing from your virtuemart installation. I have added some manual fix so that it uses the table #__virtuemart_categories_es_es instead and it works fine now.

Komento can be used in other language as well and it is different from Virtuemart. Virtuemart does create a new table for each language but Komento doesn't. If you want Komento to be translated to other language; since you're using multilingual site, all you need is to download all the needed language packs and put it in your site. You can download it here: http://stackideas.com/downloads/languages and put it in your site at: YOURSITE\language\(new language). Please give this a try and see if this resolves your issue.
