Integration between Komento & Virtuemart backend Problem

We have a problem when we access to komento backend option "Integrations" , a blank page appear with only a option (Joomla) and when we click on that a blank page appears again, this time with noting .

Error in console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)


I provide site details, but in order to access to the backend we need the ip of the member that will access , beacuse we have a redirection ( this is a site under construction).

Hi Zeosing,

To enable the komento in front site,
BackEnd -> Components -> VirtueMart -> Configuration -> Enable Joomla Plugin

I've test it and seems like it's working fine now, can you give it a try and let me know whether did I missed anything else?

Can you add this 210.195.30.67 in your server white list so we can check on this issue?

Bakcend errors is fixed, but in site we don´t see the komento , we look in all configurations but we don´t see nothing wrong , any idea?

Moreover , have you modify any files? this question is for know which files should back-up.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience from me but can you re-authenticate again the site credentials, FTP credentials(unchange) and to remains for an hour of this reply current time? May I suggest that keeping the com_komento folder as a backup is more advisable?
