Dear all,
I'd like to use EasyBlog in context with Pages created with SP PageBuilderPro.
SP Pagebuilder offers the Addon "Articles". There I can configure "Joomla Articles" and "K2 Articles".
Is it possible to access also EasyBlog Articles and categories?

Best regards
Felix
EasyBlog have its own "composer". Have you tried that out Felix? Its not so much different between EB composer and SP Pagebuilder Pro but EasyBlogs is focused on creating blogs and SP Pagebuilder to build webpages. You could do a combination with using SP Pagebuilder module and insert it in combination with EB if you like

Hi there,

I'm sorry as we're not really familiar with SP Page builder. According to JoomShapper supports:
https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/430
https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/sppage-builder-integration-on-easyblog

Currently, EasyBlog is not compatible with their product. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

I can underline that a compatibility with EasyBlog would be much appreciated. Maybe you could have a look into this matter and see how you could realize this in a future release. We wanted to build an intranet website for our employees using EasyBlog and SP Pagebuilder and now might have to stick to "Quick" page builder as they offer a compatibility.

Hi Mark

Basically we would only need one thing: the pagebuilder should be able to add an easyblog module. By now I create the easyblog module, add it on the pagebuilder site "Joomla module" but then pagebuilder crashes and the module does not show up. Thats all. Do you have a solution for that?

It should be able to embed modules when using page builder. What errors are you getting?

No error message at all. When I press "Apply" after I choose the generated Easyblog module, the builder freezes. When I open the page nothing appears, even tough the place for the module seems to be occupied.

Would you like to have a look yourself (login credentials?)

Hi Michael,

I've tried locally and it seems like the module did appear correctly and I've tried on your site also it did appear correctly as well. Check out the attached screenshot. Am I missing anything here?

By the way, just letting you know that I've created a page in your sp page builder to test this. Perhaps, your site did have some caching that caches the page?

Thanks.

Hi Yasser

Interesting, thanks for that. But it seems that you are working on our other CMS. It is about our new one which is hosted here:

https://portal.aargauverkehr.ch/administrator
Same Login credentials

It would be interesting to see what happens there, when it works in our other joomla installation, then I don't know why this is.

THank you,
MIchael

Wow, this is really strange. I did the same and it crashes. I tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. What browser do you use?

And in addition: I was able to place the Module "Kategorien" which belongs also to EasyBlog but is only a category list. It worked there, but not with the other module.

Hi there,

After a thorough debug, I've found out that the reason why you're hitting this issue. It is because EasyBlog formatter shouldn't be called by 3rd party to format the contents. Anyway, can you please download the attached file and replace it on your site.

administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/formatter/formatter.php

Help me test again and let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
