hey lucas,
to use the easysocial avatar in easydicuss just go to your easydiscuss backend -> settings -> layout -> avatar.
there you have the option "Profile Picture Integrations" - select easysocial from the list and you're good to go.

for some more easysocial integration options to easydiscuss also checkout easydiscuss backend -> settings -> integrations -> easysocial.
