After installing Komento many of the menu items in the components menu are missing.

Joomla 3.4.3
Komento 2.0.2
Arlex,
Here is the update.... It was NOT komento, it was installing the new Acymailing which was done at the same time. Sorry for the mistake. Will be more thorough next time. Appreciate your patience..... have a great day!

Hi Carl Farrington,

I tried to login to your site however I'm hitting this :
=============
Your connection is not private
=============
Can you replace the attached file to Joomlafolder\administrator\templates\isis\index.php and see how it goes.

I've also did a global research and found few links that could resolve this issue.
Check my links :

If the error still persists, can you provide the cpanel access ( with phpmyadmin ) for us to have a better view?

Sorry, thought you were referring to cpanel. I see the screen captures which lets me know you were able to access cpanel ok. I will check the admin tools log to see if you have been blocked, can you provide your ip address, thanks.

Hi Carl Farrington,

I am really sorry that it redirects me to the below link while accessing your cpanel details
=========================
// host.ownyourpapernetwork.com:2083
=========================
However, I've tried to install back the latest version of Komento and it seems to be working fine. Please advise

You must not have read what the problem was. It is actually the title of this ticket "Intalling Komento removes Admin Component Menu items". There are many items that are not showing in the admin components menu. Admin Tools, Akeeba and many others. This is not an isolated incident as I mentioned before that it had done the same thing on two other sites. Since this is productions site I am going to roll it back to where it was before the problem. I will continue to use the disqus comment system and discontinue the use of Komento. No further access to the site is necessary. For the benefit of your other customers you should really test it before you release it. Thanks for the efforts though.

Hi Carl Farrington,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply and I believe my colleague misunderstanding with your issues earlier, I have consult with my colleague regarding this and tested in locally everything is work fine without auto remove the admin component drop down menu item.

Can I have a chance to help you check on this issues again? because it could be something else causing this.
If you could give us a chance again, is it possible using your Akeeba backup with your current data first?
So that I can try install the Komento in your site and replicate on this issues? In case anything happen, we can re-roll back to previous data.

Looking forward of your response.
