Hm, I tried with Implicit SSL and with TLS/SSL but they are still not working. Is there an IP address restriction set by your host? Can they whitelist my ip address?

My current ip address is 175.144.58.65

Here the parameters on my server:

Port : 21

the password on my site details is correct

If not work you can try chat with my custumer service on http://www.one.com ? I can't modify others parameters...

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. There is something really wrong with your hosting provider when it comes to file extraction. Can you please check with your hosting provider why it always hit the error "503 Service Unavailable" ?

We do not have an option to extract files in our server, Thus, you have to extract the files manually in your computer then upload the files using FTP or file manager
Note that our max exec time is 50s only and that cannot be changed
Upon checking we do not have issues in our server
You can check on your side if it is possible to install ES?

Hm, without having the abilities to extract the components directly on your server it is almost impossible to perform easysocial installation on your site as the total files is quite a lot and will take quite some time to copy everything in your site. However I will try to copy all easysocial files and perform some hack in the installation process after everything is finish. I will keep you updated once I am able to install easysocial components on your site.

By the way I suggest you to get a better webhosting that can offer full control on your server configuration and the ability to change some value inside php.ini so it will be easier for you to update or install new components on your site.

I've helped you to disabled user information box from your backend > extension manager > plugin manager > content - easysocial > display information box set to "No".

2 - How tu insert Komento comments in ES activity stream

I believe there are some misunderstanding here. Currently it is not possible to display the komento form inside easysocial stream since easysocial already have their own complicated comment system and it will a headache for us to integrate another comment system inside easysocial.

By the way, what the settings does is when a user posting a comment inside your joomla article, it will generate a stream inside easysocial and when someone comment to a stream that generated previously, easysocial will automatically sync the comment by posting the comment back to the joomla article previously.

May I know if this new server have the same issue as your previous hosting before? If no perhaps it is best if you can try to re-install easysocial through extension manager in case I have missed something during manual installation on your old site previously to ensure that everything is working correctly.

Ok, i make a backup files + BD and re-install ES after...

PS: Komento app installed (problem with tmp folder)
