I get an error message of MD5 Hash Tag doesn't match. Report to Support. What is the next step in installing the update? Is there a patch?

I got that error too after I copied and pasted my app key into the app box. So I did it again, and this time I clicked at the end of the app ID then deleted the last character and re-added it and it worked (oddly).
I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
