I tried to extract this zip file (bt_arise_II_all_extensions_unzip_first.zip), but I didn't notice there got any theme for Easyblog, you can take a look of my screenshot below.

That FTP access mean is I can connect to your server Joomla root folder directory and I can open the code file then do the troubleshoot.
