Installer hangs at 44%

Whilst trying to use the upgrade installer from version 3.9.14998 to the latest available version: 3.9.15054 the installer hangs at 44% just after the easysocial file.

This seems to be a constant problem upgrading from one version to another using the installer, and hasn't worked correctly for several months.

I have to ask whether you actually test upgrades before they are released, because on my experience alone it doesn't appear so!
This time the upgrade did indeed succeed without any problems to 3.9.15065.
I therefore think this is one that we can class as resolved. The next upgrade will no doubt test this assertion.

Hello Geoff,

Hm, we have actually tested this internally and it actually works. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

I performed a 'normal/standard' installation and it worked OK, so it is the upgrader. I do not know whether upgrading a version to itself would necessarily reproduce the problem, but I see that 3.9.15065 is now available. It is getting late here, so I will try that as an upgrade tomorrow and depending upon the result will take it from there. Thank you Mark.
