I had a previous version of EasyDiscuss and today, renewed my subscription. Upon doing so, I attempted to upgrade. The upgrade of the system went as it should, however, when it comes to Step 4 of adding the add-ons, the system hangs at 0%. I next downloaded the newest version installer from the website and attempted again with the same result. Unfortunately, this has locked the forum as it now just goes to the installer instead of the forum. How can I get past the add-on step of the install process as it's just hanging there.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like you provided us that your site backend and FTP login credentials no longer work, please advise.

It seems like your 3rd party extension CiviCRM caused this installation issue, this is what it return that error message.

Once i temporary disabled these CiviCRM extension/plugins from your site backend, then that installation work fine now.

By the way, i already help you re-enabled back those CiviCRM extension/plugins on your site, can you give it a check is it all work fine now?
