I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have helped you to update the site to the latest version. May I know which versions were you upgrading EasyBlog from? The reason I asked is because it looks like there is a missing table column from the site.

I have ran the following query and the installation went ahead smoothly.

ALTER TABLE `#__easyblog_meta` ADD `canonical` TEXT NOT NULL AFTER `description`;

Thanks for updating me on this. I suspect that probably one of the much earlier version of v5.x had an issue and the column did not get created. Anyhow, moving forward, the upgrade should be seamless now.

I am having the same issue. Would you please describe the steps that you took to correct it?
