Hello Friend.
I bought the paid version
and the free version completely erased (including the database)
and has been impossible for me to install the new version. (com_komento_1.7.5_paid_j3.0)
The system says:
An error has occurred.
-1 Can not create destination folder
Return to Control Panel
What to do ..? since I've never had problems doing the upgrade

Hello Miguel,

We have found the cause of your email notification problem, this is due to your back dated emails stuck in a queue where once your cron job is activated, the older email is sent first instead of the new ones. To solve this we have logged into your CPanel and clear your older emails in mysql. But we have created a back up for your older email with the table name called ljone_easyblog_mailq_bak . You'll receive your email notification starting from 18th of April. We have also set your email notification to 30 in your back end. Hope it solve your problem

I am sending you the information you requested me,
I'm sure I'm in good hands.
Note: I bought and installed EasyBlog and EasySocial
and I could successfully make migration from Jomsocial (to ES) and Joomla (to EB) but there is always a point unresolved and for me is: CRON JOB
I wonder if you (since you will have access to the webpage) may help me in that subject or I will have to ask the question in another post ..?

I am sorry We couldn't access the back end because the back end credentials that you have given is not the correct one, please provide us with a correct back end credentials in order for us to access your back end, please advice.

When you say Backend, refers to:
Super User (Joomla)
Control Panel (hostgator) or
 FTP (FileZilla)

Sorry for late reply to this,
thanks for take your time to provide us your login details,
I have checked in your Joomla root folder, it seems like inside already have the Komento file, is it your old komento file?
Also, i have tried to rename com_komento_bak, then i getting this :
Response:	451 Rename/move failure: Operation not permitted

I suspected you installation hitting this is the permission issues, is it possible request with your webhosting provider arrange the file permission, so when you install the Komento, it can be overridden or move the file in your Joomla root folder.
An error has occurred.
-1 Cannot create destination folder

Please advise.

Ok ..
I contacted the hosting (hostgator)
they disable the component since surpassed the limit of Email sent and they are asking me to install: Google reCAPTCHA ..
I think everything is based on that I can not organize the CRON JOB:
EasyBlog
EasySocial
Komento.
Within a week (?) I'll start a contest of poetry and would like to have solved this problem
You could help me (Setup Cron Job) or I have to start another topic ..?

To setup cronjob we need to access your Cpanel in order to help you configure cronjob, please advice

I published an article (blog at: 7:00pm US-eastern time) to test if I was receiving the email notification and did not happen.
I have been receiving notifications of blog published one or two years ago ..?
"My problem is that before did not have this problem"
As admin I do not receive notification of the post created by users.
Thanks for your help, but I'm frustrated not knowing how to solve this problem.

How to receive notification of new post published ..!
As I explained above I am getting notifications from blogs
created it one year (or two - when they were joomla)
but the current (new- yesterday) no ..
