Installation stoped me at 15% , I try to install via Network and via Directory. It also always delete me package zip file at 15%. Where is the problem? PHP passthrue is also disabled, because of security reason.

Hi there,

To make sure your installation have no problems, you have to make sure everything was enabled as stated on first steps(step 1) of the installation.

You have to enable "PHP Passthru" as shown https://screencast.com/t/HjkFibqBI in order for this installation to works. You have to consult with your web service provider regarding this and try again and see how it goes.

Are you sure? In documentaiton PHP passthrue is recommended option not minimum.

Yes it is. It a must in as it is needed as you can see on recommended requirements. Maybe our developer have miss-looked those options when we updating them. Thanks for your understandings

I have consulted with our developer regarding this "PHP passthru" and it seems that it is not compulsory in order for you to install our product. Sorry for confusion above.

But, it seems that you are hitting any other errors while installation. i hit this while trying to install for you as you can see

We suspected that because of your site is very slow as while this launcher try to copy those data, it hit timeout and cancel that installation.

Maybe you can consult with your web service provide to turn off those error reporting for us to see the exact error of what you have hit. Please advice.

Error_log

It seems like this error log latest error was recorded at 12 Jan 2017, mean when we perform Easysocial update from your site, it should generate a similar error message on your server error log file but that is not.

I suspect other issue causing this installation issue, can you request with your webhosting provider temporary turn off those configuration setting which can override the real PHP fatal error from your server? Because now your server always return 500 internal server error and that was difficult for us troubleshoot this installation issue.

Once your webhosting provider turn it off, I will investigate again.
