Hello,

I'm runing on localhost with Joomla 2.5.19
Template Ja_biz
Easyblog file : com_easydiscuss_3.2.9385_paid_j2.5.zip

When I try to install the component, an error message come :
"Une erreur est survenue lors de l'envoi de ce fichier sur le serveur."
"An error occurred while sending the file to the server."

Hope you can help me. Or explain me how install it with manual issue.

Thank you.
Hello Kidi,

Sorry for late reply to this,
The reason why you hitting this error is mostly because your php information upload_max_filesize reached the limit's, is it possible request with your Webhosting provider to help you increase to 10MB or 20MB, then you upload/install the Easydiscuss component should be okay.

After your Webhosting provider help you increased upload_max_filesize to 10MB or 20MB, still can't able to install the EasyDiscuss, could you mind pass me your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this ? Please advise.

Hello Arlex Wong,

Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, as I explain on my message, I'm actually on localhost developpement. So it can't be a size problem.

How can I install this component with manual issue. By the files on Host.

Is it possible ?

Thank you.

Hello Arlex Wong,

Thank you for your response.

Here is my php.ini file :

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; File Uploads ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

; Whether to allow HTTP file uploads.
; http://php.net/file-uploads
file_uploads = On

; Temporary directory for HTTP uploaded files (will use system default if not
; specified).
; http://php.net/upload-tmp-dir
upload_tmp_dir = "C:\xampp\tmp"

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
; http://php.net/upload-max-filesize
upload_max_filesize = 2M

; Maximum number of files that can be uploaded via a single request
max_file_uploads = 20

I changed this :

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
; http://php.net/upload-max-filesize
upload_max_filesize = 50M

Restart all.

It's run !!! Thank you very much.
Have a good evening.
