Hi,
I tried to update to the latest version of easyblog. It is installed on a testdomain and the license isn´t set to this domain.

The last update also made some problems, but after searching the forum I could manage it by uploading the installer in the tmp dir, unzip it, then make an installation from directiory.

But this time it isn´t possible. It´s possible to open the installer interface but then after step one it goes directly to step 3 and stopping with the error

Your domain is not listed in your license ...............

but step two in the installer process is missing where I could select the source of the installation.

Installation´also isnt possible with directly uploading the installer throught joomla

do I miss something?

best regards

Greta
Hello Greta,

If you are installing on a non supported domain, you need to download the "Full Installer" which can be downloaded from https://stackideas.com/dashboard

Once you have downloaded the full installer, you may then upload it into Extensions Manager in Joomla and proceed with the installation
