Installation of Toolbar fails

Hi Folks,
on my Joomla 4.2.3 Site the Installation fails with an error:

Hi Dennis,

I tried installing the toolbar using the toolbar installer on my local instance(Joomla 4) but I did not encounter any errors.

Can you provide us the following?
- toolbar installer used
- back-end, ftp and database access to the site(for troubleshooting). Currently we are not able to access the site due to 403 forbidden error.

i´ve tried the installation on another site and there it worked. - Strange!
